  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces, and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the beef and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowls by dividing the cooked rice among four bowls.
