    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Garnish
    • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture:
    In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, oregano, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix until evenly moistened.
  3. Arrange the Shrimp:
    Place shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
